Register for Classes, Screenings

Baptist classes and screenings are:
• Planned for adults 18 and older, unless specified.
• Not intended for persons experiencing symptoms, such as chest pain. Call 911 or your health care provider.
• Subject to change or cancellation due to low registration. Participants of cancelled or changed events are notified.
• Often space-limited; early registration is encouraged.
• Free or available for a nominal fee. See individual class or screening descriptions for details.

Registration has three simple steps.
Step One: Complete an online form to provide personal information such as your name and address.
• Complete a registration screen for each person who will attend.

Step Two: Create a username and password.
• After you have submitted your personal information, you will see the confirmation, "Your message was sent successfully." Then, you will be advanced to the Baptist Health Line login screen.
• To create your username and password, scroll to the bottom of the screen to the box titled "Related Services." Click on the link titled "Request Username and Password."
• Complete the log in by creating your own username and password. Use this username and password each time you register online for classes and screenings at Baptist.

Step Three: Locate and register for the class of your choice.
• After you have logged in, click on the link titled, "Classes and Screenings."
• To search for classes, click the "Classes" title. To search for screenings, click the "Screenings" title.
• Your registration will be confirmed at the completion of this transaction.
• Depending upon the class or screening you choose, you may receive additional instructions via e-mail and/or regular mail within a few business days.
