That’s why when you come through the front door of Baptist Medical Center, you’ll be met by a greeter who can provide immediate assistance.

When you call the Baptist Health Line to schedule a class, ask a health question or request a physician referral, you’ll speak with nurses and other professional staff trained specifically to provide the assistance you need.

Courtesy is more than contact, however. It’s showing imagination and putting ourselves into the shoes of our patients. That’s why our new Cardiovascular Center will feature a beautiful atrium. And it’s why cancer patients can escape the demands of treatment in the Serenity Garden where they can enjoy beautiful surroundings while listening to the soothing sounds of falling water. It’s why we provide pet therapy for patients in the hospital, as well as patients here for outpatient chemotherapy.

Courtesy also demands that as we fulfill our mission to provide community education, we provide health information on topics that matter to our patients, and in ways and locations that are easy to access.
