Our mission is to serve our communities through continuously improving quality medical care and effective use of education and technology in a personal and compassionate environment.

Our belief is that each individual is essential to the successful functioning of the team: the board, employees and physicians. What each person does matters, and their collective efforts define Baptist Health Systems' success.
